Original paintings

Because each original is one of a kind, all sales of original paintings are final. If your painting arrives damaged, please email photos within 14 days of delivery and I'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund.

 

Prints and art products

Because they are made to order, prints and printed products can't be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email a photo within 14 days and I'll send a free replacement or a refund.

 

Digital printables

Digital downloads can't be returned once downloaded. If a file won't open or is faulty, contact me and I'll fix it or refund you.

 

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of my approving the refund.
